Patient Reviews
My journey with the doctor and his assistant has been amazing and he made me smile again after 4 years plus of feeling unhappy with my mouth. Very lovely staff and very helpful. They made me feel at home with the jokes and laughter. I didn't regret driving from Liverpool to Chester for my dental appointment cause the result is perfect. Highly recommended. Thank you all so much for bringing back this missing piece of my life.
The Primo team have been excellent from start to finish. I have a complex dental history and went for All-on-6, and yesterday I had my surgery. Although daunting, the team led by Uday and Hayley were brilliant. The process has been well explained and I can't fault a thing. My temp teeth look perfect and I can't wait to go back for my final set. Special mention to a very talented Colin who designed my smile, but to Graham, Uday, Hayley, Chelsea and the team - thank you!
Delighted with my molar implant, which feels just like a normal tooth and is as solid as a rock one year down the line. Although it was an intimidating prospect, Mr McGee was great at explaining the various stages (the whole thing took about a year) and obviously a real craftsman when it came to the work itself, which was all painless and unproblematic, despite a difficult initial extraction. Would highly recommend this impressive procedure and excellent practice to anyone. Don't be nervous, just go along for a chat - it is truly transformative.
